Colour Series presents CS016 by Kemper, a true veteran. Under different aliases he has broken the UK top 40 on more than one occasion. The original ‘Light da Funk’ is a powerhouse of a tune with solid bass stabs, a memorable vocal hook and resonating beats. New EP by Jem Haynes & Sam Chorlton
After hitting new heights on his last EP with plays on BBC Radio 1 from Pete Tong & Skream, Jem Haynes teams up with Sam Chorlton, one of the North East of England’s rising talents.
The pair first met in Ibiza at Space while Jem was playing in the Discoteca.
“I remember this guy coming up to me while I was playing, he told me how much he was enjoyng my set and that it had inspired him to make music. He also told me he was going to send me a demo of the first tracks that he made. Around 18 months later Sam sent me that demo and I loved it!”
One of those tracks was “Dusavik” which appears on this EP in the form of Jem’s remix. A prototype version of this remix has done serious damage on the dance floor at Space Ibiza.

Jem Haynes Resident for We Love @ Space Ibiza
I am proud and pleased to announce that I will be a weekly resident DJ in the main room (Discoteca) for the mighty We Love @ Space Ibiza for the seventh year.
The full weekly line ups can be seen on the Events page of our site and, as always, We Love are pushing the musical boundaries in Ibiza, as well as providing you with the biggest acts in underground dance music on a weekly basis starting from the 9th of June and running for 17 weeks.
